We’ve written before about how to improve indoor air quality, which is important because we spend more time indoors than at any point in history, yet indoor air is often more polluted than what’s outside. Chances are also good that when we are indoors, we aren’t getting as much exercise as we should.
A big reason for that is because we are working more than ever. Many of us are working multiple jobs just to try to break even, though it’s also true some of us are working more to afford stuff we don’t really need.
